Do you know this thief?

This man, along with three others, used a sledge hammer to bust out the side of a cinder block building to gain entry to an electrical installation; the entire event was caught on video by several cameras at this site. Once he saw the camera inside of the building he destroyed it and left the property without removing the items he had intended to steal. The property damage was estimated at $1,500.00.

UPDATE...The person photographed in this picture is believed to be a Boone County resident by the name of Christopher Priestly. The Upshur County Sheriff's Department has been unable to locate him. If you haveany information as to his whereabouts, please contact us immediately.
